* vMenu Setup: Permissions and loadouts configured per department and role

* Performance Improvements: Backend tuning for a smoother roleplay experience

* EasyAdmin: Fully removed due to compatibility issues; replaced with alternative moderation tools

**Important Notes**

* DHS & FBI Access: Restricted to Head Admin+ only. Unauthorized use of their vehicles, EUP, or weapons will result in a warning.
* Bug Reporting: Use /report in-game or open a ticket on Discord to report any issues.
