# Priorities in Progress and Priority Cooldown

**Priorities in Progress & Priority Cooldown**

When a Priority in Progress (PIP) or Priority Cooldown (PCD) is active and displayed on your screen, you are not permitted to engage in any form of criminal roleplay. This rule ensures emergency services can respond and roleplay without interference.

Civ-on-civ violence is allowed while a PIP or PCD is active, but if law enforcement arrives on scene you must immediately cease hostilities, comply with LEO instructions, and surrender if ordered. Continuing criminal actions after LEO arrival is a breach of the rule and may result in disciplinary action.

What counts as criminal roleplay: theft, assault, robberies, active gunfights, vehicle chases, planting explosives, and any coordinated criminal activity intended to impede emergency response.

What you must do when PIP/PCD is active:\
• Stop or avoid criminal actions until the priority ends.\
• If you are caught in an active scene, comply with responding units and follow their directions.\
• If you witness rule-breaking during a priority, report it through the proper channels rather than escalating the scene.

Staff will handle disputes or unclear situations and may use discretion when enforcing this rule. Repeated violations may result in warnings, penalties, or bans.
